Get your kicks on

In mid-June, we took the Miata to Chicago and drove the "Mother Road" from it's beginnings there to St. Louis with the Illinois Route 66 Association. Over 200 vehicles took part in the drive which was completed at a leisurely pace, leaving Chicago on Saturday morning and arriving in St. Louis Sunday afternoon, after an overnight stop/banquet in Bloomington, IL and several stops along the way to drink in the 'nostalgia'. Here are some of the memories of that trip:
